Complaints Procedure

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who contacts Friendlycarolina Restoration should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to complain and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Friendlycarolina Restoration
  • How we handled your personal information
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start by raising it with the provider. Keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Please know that Friendlycarolina Restoration cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@friendlycarolina.living. Please include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you want us to do

After You Write

We will confirm by email that we got your complaint. This usually takes a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include talking to the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Still Feel Unheard

Not happy with our reply? Answer the email and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with a licensed contractor, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
