Reach homeowners who need help

Friendlycarolina Restoration is a referral service. We do not hire staff to do restoration work. We connect homeowners with independent local providers. If you run a water damage business, you can ask to join the network and receive calls from homeowners in your area.

This is not a job offer. You stay your own boss. You keep your own prices, crews, and methods.

Who we are looking for

We want providers who handle real water damage jobs. That can include:

  • Water extraction (pulling out standing water)
  • Structural drying (drying walls, floors, and framing)
  • Flooded basement cleanup
  • Mold-related cleanup and repair after water loss

You should serve homeowners, not only businesses. You should be able to take on new jobs in the area you list.

What we expect

Homeowners trust the network to treat them fairly. So we expect providers to:

  • Hold any license, registration, and insurance your local rules require.
  • Give clear, written estimates.
  • Explain the job in plain words.
  • Respect a homeowner's choice to compare and take time.
  • Make no promises you cannot keep about timing or insurance.
  • Answer referred homeowners in a polite and timely way.

Providers may pay a referral fee for connections. We will explain the terms before you agree to anything.

How to apply

Send a short email to contact@friendlycarolina.living. Please include:

  • Your business name and the towns you serve
  • The services you offer
  • Your license or registration details, if your area requires them
  • A contact name and your preferred way to reach you

We read each message and reply with next steps. Not every business will be a fit, and joining does not mean a set number of calls.

Questions?

If you want to know how the network works first, write to contact@friendlycarolina.living with your question. Plain questions get plain answers.
