What Friendlycarolina Restoration Is

Friendlycarolina Restoration is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent water damage restoration providers. We do not do water extraction, structural drying (drying out walls, floors and framing), basement cleanup, mold remediation, repairs or any other restoration work.

When you call the number on this site or send a form, your call or request may go to an independent provider. It may also go to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

How We Get Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Friendlycarolina Restoration for calls, form requests or other referrals we send them. The payment may depend on things like how long a call lasts or whether someone answers it. We may be paid even if you do not hire the provider.

This payment does not change the price a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for any work you agree to. The provider sets its own prices.

Providers Stand on Their Own

Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Friendlycarolina Restoration. Each provider alone is responsible for:

• Its estimates, prices and terms
• The quality and timing of its work
• Its licenses, insurance and certifications
• How it talks to you and behaves

A match with a provider is not an endorsement. It is also no promise about their work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach depends on which providers are in our network at that time.

The Decision Is Yours

You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. Compare, then decide. Ask questions. Check credentials. Ask for a written estimate. Get other quotes if you want them.

Calls made through this site may be tracked. Some may be recorded. We do this for quality, checks and billing.
